Results last 3–6 weeks, depending on how fast and how strongly your hair grows. Sugaring weakens hair growth, so the time between sessions also gets longer over time.

Yes. Sugar wax is a 100% natural product, so it's gentler on your skin. It rinses off with water because it contains no chemicals. It doesn't stick to living skin, so there's no so-called burn effect. Sugaring also removes fine, almost invisible hair, and it doesn't break the hairs, so results last longer.

Yes – it's suitable for sensitive skin too, including skin that may not tolerate waxing.

Yes, sugaring is generally fine during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contraindications are broken skin, large varicose veins and medication that thins the skin – if any of these apply to you, please get in touch before sugaring.

If the paste gets stuck or melts onto your skin, rinse it off with warm water. See also our other common mistakes and fixes.

We can't promise an exact number of sessions, as it depends on the area: a coin-sized blob is enough for an underarm, about a golf ball's worth for lower legs. Compare sizes in our sugar wax range.

It depends on the treatment: single areas like underarms or bikini line take about 15–30 minutes, while larger combinations (e.g. an extended Brazilian including the Brazilian, belly line and inner thighs) can take 45–90 minutes in total. You'll see the exact total time in our booking system.
